Photo Of Manipur School Girls Forming Human Chain To Pull Bus Stuck In Mud Is Going Viral

For a bus to manoeuvre through hairpin bends and rickety roads in the hills can bea huge task. Now, imagine the chaos when a vehicle that large gets stuck on a narrow muddy road. 


Most people at that moment would panic, but a group of Manipuri girls chose not to. In a picture that's now going viral,  a bunch of school girls are seen forming a human chain to drag a bus that got stuck. 
Manipuri girls went for a study tour to Loktak Lake. Bus gets stuck in mud. Girls pull bus up and break the internet.
According to a tweet, the girls were on a school excursion to Loktak Lake, the largest freshwater lake in Northeast, when the bus broke down.
As soon as the picture went viral Twitterati could's stop gushing over their incredible team effort.

There were others who pointed out the government's inefficiency to build a 'pucca' road through the states most popular tourist spots.
@liklasa Isn't Lohtak lake a major tourist destination with the grassy islands? How can the govt not build a proper road?

And there were some who pointed out that the picture was fake: 
Fake or real, the image is a powerful portrayal of grit and determination of women.
