Though Padmaavat witnessed lots of obstacles before its release and even after it hit the silver screens, the movie is doing wonders at the box-office. Fans are simply left awestruck with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s historical drama which is truly magnificent in every sense.
The Karin Sena left no stone unturned to ban the movie but all went in vain and the makers of the film emerged as the winners who are now also winning hearts.
Well, the movie did not see the light of the day in Rajasthan but it seems it will soon see it.
Padmaavat will be held in the Rajasthan High Court on 9th February.
As per the reports of a popular news portal, the film will now be screened for the High Court officials on the said date so that a decision regarding the FIR filed against it can be taken.
The case pertains to an FIR filed by two persons named Virendra Singh and Nagpal Singh with Deedwana police in March last year, alleging that the film has distorted historical facts and hurt the image of queen Padmavati.
