Fitness expert Mickey Mehta helps Manisha Koirala dispose of her fear Of Water

Fitness expert Mickey Mehta helps Manisha Koirala dispose of her fear Of Water
Well, the cute actress Manisha Koirala, who will shortly be seen in the much-awaited flick, Sanju, had water-phobia. So, naturally, she never had the courage to go for a dip much in her early years.
Some days back, when she met the wellness and fitness expert Mickey Mehta, the gorgeous and gifted actress was told that she could learn swimming in a day.
She could not accept it as true, but she has full faith in Mickey and tried the same.

And lo! She has become perfect in swimming in a day!
Maybe not like a pro, however, Manisha can manage herself in the swimming pool.
Manisha Koirala is donning the character of Nargis Dutt in Sanjay Dutt’s biographical picture, Sanju, and the brave actress, if required, won’t think two times before narrating her tale publicly.

The actress, who is a cancer survivor, told media people before she became a part of Sanju: “Whenever I see a cancer patient today it is like reliving the moment. I am affected in any which ways. When I will be performing that (Nargis Dutt’s role). I am yet to start shoot, of course I will be revisiting that.”
In the year 2017, the actress shared her experience of how she gets prepared for the character of Nargis and stated: “Everything about Nargis Dutt is out there, there are people who knew her, who I talk to and there are books on her as well. Above all, I have a director like Raju Sir who has done all the research by himself. So I just have to follow what he says.”

“I feel there are certain stories which need to be told. I feel certain stories can touch your heart. If I feel at any point in time my story needs to be told I will most definitely do it because there is no strain in that, it’s just a human story. And if I don’t feel it, I will not do it, but I have no fears,” said Manisha.
When questioned if she has been approached to inscribe her memoirs, she said, “Few people have approached for a film as well but I am not really ready. I still have a long way to go. But I am coming out with a book called Healed.”

The book will cover a certain part of the Khamoshi actor’s life.
