The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi accepted the fitness challenge of Indian skipper Virat Kohli and on Wednesday, he took to the micro-blogging site Twitter and shared a video in which he was seen doing many refreshing and rejuvenating exercises along with Yoga and Asanas.
We all know that Narendra Modi practices Yoga on a regular basis and in the video, he performed quite difficult Asanas as well. Not only this, he also did breathing exercises that boost the immunity and provides some other advantages related to health.
However, what grabbed our attention the most was the track in which PM Modi was walking. As per Modi, the track has been inspired by Panchtatvas, i.e., nature’s five elements – Prithvi (Earth), Jal (Water), Agni (Fire), Vayu (Air) and Aakash (Sky).
PM Modi shared the video of exercise with caption, “Here are moments from my morning exercises. Apart from Yoga, I walk on a track inspired by the Panchtatvas or 5 elements of nature – Prithvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu, Aakash. This is extremely refreshing and rejuvenating. I also practice breathing exercises. #HumFitTohIndiaFit”
