'Zombie Girl' Who Wanted To Look Like Angelina Jolie Actually Looks Like This

Do you remember the Iranian teenager who had more than 50 surgeries in an attempt tolook like Angelina Jolie, but actually ended up looking more like the Corpse Bride?
Yeah, turned out it was all a fake anyway. Shocker.

Sahar Tabar now posted side-by-side images of herself in real life vs herself as 'Angelina', having confirmed that she never wanted to look like the A-lister and was just messing around for fun.
The Instagram sensation said that she used clever makeup and retouched her photos to create the extreme look, and never actually planned to look like Angelina.
She made headlines all over the world with her photos, which show her with a gaunt face, pale blue eyes, weirdly upturned nose and huge lips.
She was also reported to weigh only 88lbs in an attempt to replicate Angelina's thin frame.

However, she used a mixture of make-up and Photoshop to create the images.
That explains why she sometimes looks so much more extreme in some photos than others. It's impressive zombie make-up, though - maybe she's got a future as a film make-up artist.
Old photos of actual Sahar show a very different young woman.
Although she has had some plastic surgery in recent years, giving her fuller lips, it's nowhere near as extreme as what we've been seeing on Instagram.

Fans always suspected she was using Photoshop to an extent, because the background ofher photos are sometimes warped weirdly.
Her arms also often appear scarily thin and frail, but not in every photo.
She is reported to have spoken to Russian network Sputnik, saying, "I did not even think about being like Jolie. Also, I did not want to resemble the cartoon character the Corpse Bride."

It was only after someone told her that she looked a bit like the Tomb Raider star that she ran with it and started saying that's what she wanted.
"This is Photoshop and makeup," she added. "Every time I publish a photo, I paint my face in an increasingly funny way. It is a way of expressing yourself, a kind of art. My fans know that this is not my real face."
If you scroll back to last year, you can see that her appearance changes each time, going from really extreme to pretty normal.

There are also quite a few photos of what she looked like pre-surgery, and before she warped her face in all sorts of mad directions with Photoshop.
