Companionship is one of the most important needs of humans on this globe. Though sources of this vary for people one of the most common sources is a partner. How often have we heard of people being depressed because they don’t have that someone special in their life? A lot, right?! But how does rent a boyfriend to cure depression sound? Surprising as it may sound, a new app has been launched in these two cities, and the stated sole purpose of the app is to help depressed souls rent a boyfriend for a day or more.
Yes, you’ve read it right. And no, we are not kidding you.


Most of you must have heard of Tinder and must be aware of how it hooks two people up. But this app isn’t the same if that’s what you are thinking. This is a lot different than regular dating apps. Named RABF, that is, rent a boyfriend, the app gives users the option to hire a guy as their boyfriend for a fixed period of time.



Kushal Prakash is the man behind the concept for this app. He himself suffered from bouts of lonely depression.

According to Kushal, the app does not promote or involve physical proximity between users and boyfriends for rent. He assures that the intention of the app is purely to provide platonic support to all and cure depression.



RABF users have the option to rent celebs for anywhere around Rs 3000 per hour. A model for Rs 2000 per hour or other guys for about Rs 300-400 per hour. And the roster for the rent a boyfriend (RABF) app includes the likes of Rubaru Audi Mr. India 2018 Suraj Dahiya.
